Healthcare records

Tamper-evidence without exposing patient data.

The problem

Clinical records need to be provably unaltered, but they can never be published to a public ledger.

01
What is anchored
Reports and readings, anchored as fingerprints only. Patient data stays in the clinical system.
02
When it is revealed
Anchored at capture; disclosed only to those already entitled.
03
Who checks it
Auditors, insurers and patients — against the anchor, not against the record.
Privacy mode
Fingerprint only — nothing leaves the clinical system.
The cycle is identical

Canonicalise the artifact, hash it with a secret nonce, anchor the fingerprint, then reveal inside the window. Only the schema and the window change from one application to the next.

The whitepaper specifies the canonicalisation, the hash construction and the contract surface in full.
